Jacqueline Pearce will be reprising her role as the stylish, power-hungry Servalan for B7 Enterprises ’ new audio series Blake’s 7: The Liberator Chronicles . Servalan will make her first appearance in “Wolf”, written by Nigel Fairs, on Volume Two of The Liberator Chronicles which is due to be released later this year.
Originally intended as a short running character on Blake’s 7 , Servalan turned out to be the only guest character to return and appear in all four series of the show. Devious, calculating and not afraid to use her womanly wiles to get her way, she quickly became a key antagonist in the series.
“Wolf” will see Cally (Jan Chappell) on a mission to uncover what happened to Auron scientist Gustav Nyrron (Anthony Howell), a question which only Servalan can answer.
The three-disc box set will also include “The Magnificent Four” and “False Positive” and is slated for release in August. A new range of Blake’s 7 novels will also be launched in May, beginning with The Forgotten .
